This Cuveé Millesimato Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry, presented in an impressive Magnum bottle, is a true gem from the renowned vineyards located on the Colli del Soligo, in the heart of the Prosecco region. The Colli del Soligo winery is known for its dedication to the art of winemaking, and this cuvée millesimato represents the highest expression of their quality commitment.

The selection of grapes, taking place only in the best years, leads to a wine that shines for its freshness and liveliness. The color is a pale straw yellow, bright, which anticipates a bouquet of delicate aromas, where floral notes of wisteria and acacia mix with fruity hints of ripe pear and citrus.

In the mouth, the Prosecco Superiore surprises with its elegant complexity. The balance between acidity and residual sugars is impeccable, offering a flavor that, while remaining true to the extra dry character, is harmonious and completely satisfying. The fine and persistent bubbles caress the palate, enhancing the complexity of the taste and making each sip memorable.

The Magnum format not only allows for more refined maturation and evolution of the wine but also represents an ideal choice for special occasions, ensuring that every toast is a moment of shared quality and joy.

Excellent as an aperitif, this Prosecco pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish, and seafood dishes, but can also be enjoyed simply to elevate a moment of conviviality. A wine that will not fail to impress connoisseurs and lovers of high-quality Prosecco.
