The Etna DOC Bianco Fumu by Barone Montalto is born on the slopes of the majestic Etna volcano, an extraordinary terroir in Sicily where the volcanic soil gives the wines an intense and distinctive minerality. Made from Carricante grapes, typical of the area, this elegant white stands out for its vibrant freshness and aromatic complexity.

The wine ages in steel to preserve its varietal purity, enhancing aromas of citrus, green apple, and light floral notes, wrapped in a smoky touch that recalls the very name of the cuvée. On the palate, it is balanced and savory, with a structure that excellently supports the gustatory persistence. The sapidity and freshness return in a long and harmonious finish.

Perfect as a companion to fish dishes, shellfish, and light first courses, the Etna DOC Bianco Fumu best expresses the authentic and mineral character of Etna, offering a pleasant sensory experience that tells the story of high-quality Sicilian viticulture.
