The Nero d'Avola DOC from Molino a Vento of the Tenute Orestiadi is a red wine that perfectly embodies the tradition and vinicultural passion of Sicily. This wine comes from a careful selection of the best Nero d'Avola grapes, grown in the fertile lands of the island, where the Mediterranean climate and clay soils contribute to the intense aromatic expression and characteristic vigor of the grape variety.

Visually, the wine displays a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, distinct notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry can be discerned, enriched by nuances of sweet spices and a light touch of vanilla, derived from skillful aging in wood.

On the palate, the Nero d'Avola from Tenute Orestiadi reveals a robust yet harmonious structure. The entry is soft, followed by a well-integrated tannin that unfolds into a dense and enveloping texture. The freshness is well balanced by the alcohol, which supports a persistent and pleasantly spicy finish.

Perfect to serve with Mediterranean dishes, such as pasta alla norma or a rich lamb stew, this wine is also ideal as a companion for convivial evenings or moments of meditation. Its versatility makes it suitable for both immediate consumption and further aging of a few years in the cellar, allowing its complexity and evolution to be further enhanced.

In short, the Nero d'Avola DOC from Molino a Vento is an authentic and passionate expression of the Sicilian territory, a wine that every lover of great Italian reds should experience.
