The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry DOCG from Sutto winery is a celebrated exemplification of the elegance and freshness that the Valdobbiadene region can offer. This sparkling wine, produced according to the strict specifications of the DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) denomination, exclusively uses Glera grapes cultivated on the sunny slopes of the Treviso hills, known for their fertile soil and ideal climate that contribute to enhancing the unique aromatic profile of Prosecco.

Consistent and harmonious, this Extra Dry stands out for its balanced sugar residue that makes it particularly pleasant to the palate. On the nose, it offers a delicately aromatic bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit such as pear and green apple, enriched by floral nuances of acacia and wisteria, and a slightly almondy finish that invites the next sip.

In the mouth, its effervescence is lively and persistent, creating a pleasant feeling of freshness and vitality that balances perfectly with a moderate sweetness. Served at a temperature of 6-8°C, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry DOCG by Sutto is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with light dishes such as seafood appetizers, sushi, or fish carpaccio.

This Prosecco Superiore is not only an excellent representative of its territory but also a symbol of Sutto winery's passion and respect for the Italian winemaking tradition, offering a refined and pleasantly memorable sensory experience.
