Chablis AOP Les Clos - Domaine Laroche is a French white wine of exceptional quality, produced in the renowned Chablis wine region, in the heart of Burgundy. Les Clos represents one of the most famous and prestigious Grand Crus of Chablis, known for its ability to produce wines of extraordinary complexity, elegance and longevity. Domaine Laroche, one of the most esteemed wineries in Chablis, masterfully manages the Les Clos vineyards, making the most of the unique characteristics of the terroir to create a wine that best expresses the essence of this appellation.

The Chablis AOP Les Clos - Domaine Laroche is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, grown on calcareous and Kimmeridgian soils, rich in oyster fossils, which give the wine those mineral notes and freshness that characterize it. The carefully controlled vinification and aging in oak barrels allow the purity of the fruit and the typical minerality of Chablis to be maintained and enhanced, enriching the wine with subtle woody notes that increase its complexity without overpowering its character.

At sight, the wine has a brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, Chablis Les Clos offers an intense aromatic expression, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by floral, mineral nuances and a light touch of vanilla and sweet spices. In the mouth, the wine reveals its greatness: it is rich and powerful, but at the same time fresh and vibrant, with a sharp minerality that leads to a long and persistent finish, a distinctive sign of its excellence and its identity linked to the terroir of Les Clos .

Perfect in combination with fish dishes, shellfish, poultry in a creamy sauce and goat's cheese, the Chablis AOP Les Clos - Domaine Laroche is a wine that can be appreciated immediately, but which also has considerable aging potential, capable of developing over time further layers of complexity and nuance.
