In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color with a spectacle of fine bubbles that dance incessantly. The nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit like green apple and lemon, enriched with hints of white flowers and subtle toasting.

On the palate, it is lively and fresh, characterized by remarkable complexity and perfect harmony between acidity and creaminess. The persistence is notable, leaving a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and a desire to return for the next sip.

Ideal for celebrating special occasions, it can be served as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes such as seafood or poultry. A Champagne of refined elegance, destined to captivate lovers of sophisticated bubbles.
