Champagne Clair De Siecle 2015 from Cottet-Dubreuil is a liquid masterpiece that reflects the refinement and elegance of the finest grapes selected from the Champagne region in France. This Millésime 2015 is characterized by an extraordinary complexity and freshness, due to a careful selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, with a predominance of Chardonnay that lends the blend a refined creaminess and fresh citrus notes.

To the eye, Clair De Siecle displays a bright golden color with greenish reflections, and its bubbles are very fine and persistent, indicative of prolonged aging in the Cottet-Dubreuil cellars. On the nose, this champagne surprises with its aromatic complexity, offering scents of ripe white-fleshed fruits, delicate notes of brioche and vanilla, enriched by a subtle mineral touch that attests to the distinctive terroir of production.

On the palate, it enters elegantly and envelopingly, well balanced by a lively freshness and a creaminess that extends into a long and pleasantly fruity finish. Champagne Clair De Siecle 2015 is an excellent choice to accompany special moments or delicate gourmet dishes, especially seafood or white meat. A true jewel for lovers of high-end Champagne.
