Il Champagne Rosé de Saignée Brut Magnum di Jean Vesselle è un'autentica espressione di eleganza e tradizione della rinomata regione di Champagne. Prodotto esclusivamente attraverso il metodo "saignée," uno dei più antichi processi di vinificazione per il rosé che implica una macerazione limitata del succo con le bucce d'uva, questo champagne rivela un carattere complesso e ricco.

Alla vista, si presenta con un accattivante color salmone intenso, accompagnato da una fine e persistente effervescenza. Al naso, emergono aromi seducenti di fragoline di bosco, ciliegie mature e ribes rosso, arricchiti da sottili note floreali e di lievito. In bocca, questo champagne offre una bella struttura e freschezza, con sapori di frutti rossi che si mescolano armoniosamente a note di agrumi e minerali, culminando in un finale equilibrato e persistente.

Winery history
A family-run estate passed down through generations: the Vesselle family continues a long winemaking tradition in Bouzy, currently managed by Delphine and David Vesselle. The house places particular emphasis on the area's historic vineyards and a flagship cuvée called "Le Petit Clos".
Production philosophy
Production focused on the quality of the terroir and environmental stewardship: in-house winemaking, pursuit of sustainable practices and attention to the typicity of the grapes to achieve distinct expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are spread across Bouzy, Loches-sur-Ource and, since the 2014 acquisition, also plots in Chouilly. The terroir is characterized by limestone soils and a strong suitability for Pinot Noir in the Bouzy parcels.
