Momilla by Elena Borra is a unique liqueur that combines the intensity of grappa with the delicacy of chamomile. Coming from the heart of Piedmont, this artisanal creation is characterized by an infusion process that enhances the floral and velvety notes of chamomile, balancing them with the vibrant structure of grappa produced from selected grape pomace. The result is a liqueur with an enveloping aroma, where herbal hints and a light natural sweetness invite slow and thoughtful tastings.



On the palate, Momilla is soft and harmonious, with a persistence that recalls the typical countryside aromas of chamomile, accompanied by a warm alcoholic embrace that does not overpower but enriches the sensory experience. Distillation

Traditional discontinuous method (caldaiette and distillation column); presence of a historic plant with copper caldaiette and plate columns; for some processes a small 100 L alembic is employed.

Ageing

Aging in the cellar; some reserve grappa are aged in barriques for at least 18 months.
