The Sancerre Blanc "Comte Lafond" in 375ml format by Baron De Ladoucette represents one of the most refined and elegant expressions of Loire Sauvignon Blanc. This wine, which bears the name of the illustrious Comte Lafond, celebrates the rich heritage and winemaking tradition of Baron De Ladoucette, renowned for producing high-quality white wines that reflect the uniqueness and purity of the Sancerre terroir.

Located in the heart of the Loire Valley, the Sancerre vineyard benefits from ideal climatic conditions and limestone and clay soils which give the Sauvignon Blanc distinctive characteristics and a marked minerality. The scrupulous attention in the management of the vineyards and the careful winemaking are aimed at preserving the aromatic qualities and freshness of the vine, allowing the "Comte Lafond" to fully express the typicality and elegance of the Sauvignon Blanc of Sancerre.

The 375ml format offers the opportunity to enjoy the refinement and complexity of this wine on special occasions or for a more intimate tasting, making it ideal for those who wish to experience the excellence of Sancerre without having to open an entire bottle.

Visually, Sancerre Blanc "Comte Lafond" has a light straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections that anticipate its liveliness. On the nose, the wine opens with an intense and complex bouquet, where notes of white pulp fruit, such as peach and pear, dominate, together with nuances of citrus fruits and white flowers, enriched by a delicate minerality reminiscent of flint.

In the mouth, freshness and acidity are perfectly balanced, with an elegant structure that envelops the palate. The flavors of fresh fruit intertwine with mineral and vegetal accents, typical of high quality Sauvignon Blanc, leading to a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and renewed freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif, Sancerre Blanc "Comte Lafond" pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, from light starters to fish and seafood dishes, offering a tasting experience that highlights the ability of Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc to elevate and complete the pleasure of the table.

With his "Comte Lafond", Baron De Ladoucette once again demonstrates his commitment to creating wines that are emblems of purity, refinement and territorial expression, celebrating the art of viticulture in the Loire Valley with every sip.
