Mi Campo Reposado Tequila is a unique specimen that carries a revolutionary interpretation of the classic Mexican spirit. Produced using 100% blue agave harvested in the fertile lands of Jalisco, Mexico, this tequila stands out for its artisanal approach that emphasizes quality and tradition.
After careful selection of the best plants, the agave is slowly cooked in traditional ovens before being extracted and fermented. Distillation occurs in small batches through copper stills, ensuring a pure and high-quality final product. However, the real peculiarity of Mi Campo Reposado lies in its aging process. This tequila rests for a period of six months in French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Chardonnay wines, thus acquiring sophisticated and unique notes.
The result is a bright amber liquid, with an aromatic bouquet that reveals the sweet essence of agave, accompanied by nuances of tropical fruits, vanilla, and slight toasting from the wood. On the palate, Mi Campo Reposado is smooth and balanced, with a rich taste that blends the freshness of agave with the delicate tones of caramel, chocolate, and a light spiciness.
