The Vermentino Vigna Sorì DOC by Poggio dei Gorleri is a white wine that embodies the elegance and liveliness typical of Liguria, a region known for its sumptuous white wines. Produced with Vermentino grapes grown in the renowned area of Gorleri, this wine is the result of meticulous care in the vineyard and expert winemaking.

Characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the Vermentino Vigna Sorì DOC entices the nose with a complex and fascinating bouquet. Notes of white fruits such as pear and melon blend with floral accents and aromatic nuances, like those of rosemary and sage, reflecting the influence of the coastal territory.

On the palate, the wine exhibits extraordinary acidic freshness that balances harmoniously with a solid structure. The minerality, typical of the Ligurian soils, is clearly felt, enriching the tasting experience and giving the wine a long persistence. It is a wine of great balance, where aromatic intensity pairs with tasteful fullness, making it especially versatile in food pairing.

Ideal to pair with fish dishes, shellfish, or light appetizers, the Vermentino Vigna Sorì DOC is also perfect as an aperitif. Its characteristics make it an excellent candidate for special occasions, but also a pleasant companion for a casual dinner with friends. Its youthfulness is inviting, but it can also surprise with its ability to evolve and mature if stored correctly.

In conclusion, the Vermentino Vigna Sorì DOC by Poggio dei Gorleri is an authentic expression of Ligurian viticulture, offering a refreshing sip of the sea and land from which it originates.
