Zenato's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is a prestigious red wine, renowned for its aromatic richness and depth of flavor. Produced in the Valpolicella region, in the heart of Veneto, this wine is the result of a meticulous grape selection process - mainly Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara - which are left to dry for several months before vinification, thus concentrating the sugars and aromas.

The color of the Zenato Amarone is an intense ruby red with garnet reflections, a sign of its maturation in wood. On the nose, it offers a complex and enveloping bouquet with notes of ripe fruit such as cherry, plum, and a touch of sweet spices like vanilla and cocoa, enriched by nuances of tobacco and leather that develop with age.

On the palate, the Zenato Amarone is distinguished by its robust body, balanced by a pleasant acidity and well-integrated tannins that give the wine a solid structure. The palate is caressed by flavors of dried fruit, red fruit jam, and spicy notes, with a lingering and warm finish that leaves a pleasant and complex sensation.

This Amarone is ideal to serve with rich dishes such as braised meats, stews, roasted red meats, and aged cheeses. It is also recommended as a meditation wine, to be savored slowly to appreciate every nuance. The ideal serving temperature is between 18 and 20°C.

Zenato is a winery that commits not only to the quality of its productions but also to respecting the land, using sustainable viticulture practices to best enhance the uniqueness of the Valpolicella terroir. A wine that encapsulates the passion and experience of a family that has been dedicated to viticulture with love and dedication for generations.
