Chablis Laroche - Domaine Laroche is a white wine of great value, which represents the excellence and winemaking tradition of the Chablis region, located in Burgundy, France. Domaine Laroche is one of the most esteemed and recognized wineries in Chablis, with a history spanning over a century. The Laroche family is passionately dedicated to producing wines that reflect the purity and identity of the Chablis terroir.

This Chablis is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, selected from the best vineyards of the estate. The Chablis region is famous for its unique soil, composed of limestone and marl, rich in Kimmeridgian oyster fossils, which gives the wines a characteristic minerality and freshness. Domaine Laroche's philosophy places a strong emphasis on the maximum expression of terroir, through sustainable viticulture practices and a careful winemaking process.

Chablis Laroche stands out for its light and brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers an intense and refined aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as green apple and pear, enriched by floral nuances and a marked minerality, reminiscent of flint and chalk. These olfactory characteristics are typical of Chablis and demonstrate the influence of the calcareous soil on the quality of the wine.

In the mouth, the wine is elegant and balanced, with a lively freshness that supports fruity and mineral flavours, leading to a long and clean finish. Its structure and acidity make it an extremely versatile wine at the table, capable of accompanying a wide range of dishes, from seafood cuisine, such as oysters and seafood, to poultry dishes and fresh cheeses.
