The IGP Salento Rosato "Cantalupi" by Conti Zecca is a bright gem in the panorama of rosé wines from Salento, a region of Puglia known for its ideal climate and the richness of its terroir. This wine, coming from the prestigious "Cantalupi" line, is the result of a skilful vinification that aims to enhance the qualities of the native red grapes, transforming them into a rosé with character, fresh and pleasantly aromatic.

The production of "Cantalupi" respects the winemaking tradition of Salento, with a careful and selective harvest of the grapes which are delicately pressed to extract only the first and purest juice. This process allows us to obtain a wine of an elegant pale pink color, with brilliant nuances that announce its freshness and liveliness.

On the nose, "Cantalupi" stands out for an intensely fruity aromatic bouquet, where notes of strawberry, cherry and pomegranate dominate, enriched by delicate floral hints that give the wine a fascinating complexity. This explosion of fruity aromas invites tasting, promising a pleasant and refreshing drink.

In the mouth, the wine confirms the olfactory expectations with a fresh and fruity attack. The balance between acidity and softness is impeccable, making "Cantalupi" extremely drinkable and satisfying. Its structure is light but persistent, with a pleasant minerality that emerges in the finish, leaving the palate clean and satisfied.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, Conti Zecca's "Cantalupi" goes beautifully with seafood appetizers, fresh salads, fish-based dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Its versatility also makes it suitable for lightly spiced ethnic dishes, where its freshness can expertly balance the intense flavours.

In summary, the IGP Salento Rosato "Cantalupi" by Conti Zecca represents an authentic and refined expression of Salento, capable of transporting those who taste it into the beating heart of this sunny and passionate land, offering a balanced and intensely pleasant taste experience .
