Capichera's Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is a white wine distinguished by its elegant complexity and vibrant freshness. Produced in Sardinia, a land rich in winemaking traditions, this wine embodies the essence of the island's terrain.

On the nose, Capichera’s Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi IGT exhibits intense aromas of ripe white fruit, such as peaches and plums, enhanced by floral notes and a light touch of Mediterranean aromatic herbs reminiscent of myrtle and thyme. The uniqueness of this wine is further marked by subtle mineral hints that evoke sea breezes and the granite-rich terroir.

On the palate, it is immediately harmonious and well-balanced. Its acidity is lively yet not overpowering, perfectly integrated with the wine's body. The Vermentino from Capichera has a long taste persistence, leaving a pleasantly fresh and savory aftertaste, with a finish that brings back mineral and briny sensations.

Carefully aged in Capichera’s cellar, this Vermentino undergoes refinement on the lees which enhances its complexity without overshadowing the typical varietal freshness. It is an ideal wine to pair with fish dishes, seafood, and Sardinian cuisine featuring aromatic herbs, as well as sophisticated pasta and light risotto dishes.

Best served chilled, it is recommended to enjoy this wine at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully appreciate all its nuances. With its distinctive character, the Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi IGT from Capichera is a true enological gem, capable of captivating the most demanding palates and nobly representing the high-quality winemaking of Sardinia.
