This wine is packaged in a convenient 375 ml bottle, ideal for those who want to enjoy excellent quality without the need to open a full bottle.
Paolo Leo, a winery with a family history rooted in Puglian viticulture, produces this Chardonnay using carefully selected grapes, harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness to preserve all the typical flavors and aromas of the varietal. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by a short maturation period, also in steel, to maintain the freshness and integrity of the fruit.
In the glass, the wine displays a straw-yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of tropical fruit notes like pineapple and mango, integrated with citrus nuances and a light floral touch. On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, with a pleasant acidity that balances its structure and leads to a clean, persistent finish.
The Chardonnay Salento IGP by Paolo Leo is perfect to serve chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C. It pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, lemon chicken, or as an aperitif.
