Blanc de Noirs by Pertinello is a Spumante produced with Sangiovese grapes harvested at the beginning of the harvest, when the grapes offer all the maximum of their acidic freshness. A non-dosed aged on the lees for a long time, a truly unique classic method. The vinification is carried out by soft pressing of selected whole grapes, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Here the wines rest from the harvest until the following March, for the subsequent second fermentation in the bottle. The aging on the lees lasts about twenty months.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful golden yellow color with pink reflections, in the mouth it is dry and full from the first taste, with hints of red fruit. Intense and generous perlage, very pleasant on the palate.
Excellent throughout the meal, the perfect glass for dining in style.
