We proudly introduce the Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Cuvèe DOCG - Tradizione, a distinguished sparkling expression crafted by the renowned Bertè & Cordini winery. This sparkling wine represents the pinnacle of viticulture in Oltrepò Pavese, a geographical area famously fertile for producing high-quality sparkling wines.

The Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Cuvèe DOCG - Tradizione is primarily made from Pinot Nero grapes, carefully harvested and selected. It undergoes fermentation using the classic method, which includes a second fermentation in the bottle, similar to the process used for Champagne. This method endows the sparkling wine with a complexity and finesse of bubbles that are truly exceptional.

Visually, the wine displays a bright straw-yellow color, enhanced by a very fine and persistent bead. On the nose, it is rich with aromas ranging from fruity notes of green apple and citrus to floral and fresh yeast scents, the result of long maturation in the bottle.

On the palate, the Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Cuvèe DOCG - Tradizione impresses with its liveliness and freshness. There is a perfect balance between acidity and saltiness, with a flavorful persistence that beckons another sip. The aftertaste is clean, with a pleasant return to the fruity notes and a delicate creaminess.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs well with a whole meal, especially dishes based on fish, seafood, or white meats. Its elegance and structure also make it suitable for festive and celebratory occasions.

Choosing the Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Cuvèe DOCG - Tradizione by Bertè & Cordini means celebrating Italian wine tradition with a product of undeniable quality and sophistication. A true jewel of Lombardy not to be missed.
