Bolla's Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut "Charmat Method" is a sparkling wine that represents the excellence of Prosecco production, coming from the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the heart of Veneto. This area is renowned for its ability to produce high quality Prosecco, thanks to the ideal climate and fertile soils which give the wine unique characteristics of freshness and aroma. The Bolla winery, with a long history of wine production, offers in this Prosecco a perfect example of balance, elegance and pleasantness, using the Charmat Method to preserve the intensity of the fruity and floral aromas.

Bolla's Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut stands out for its light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that highlight its liveliness. The perlage is fine and persistent, a sign of careful and high-quality winemaking. On the nose, the wine offers a delicate and inviting bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear, white flowers and a touch of citrus, which give the wine a remarkable freshness and olfactory complexity.

In the mouth, Prosecco is extremely balanced, with a perfect harmony between acid freshness and softness, making it immediately pleasant and drinkable. The fineness of the perlage contributes to a sensation of creaminess and roundness, leading to a clean and persistent finish, with aromatic returns that recall the sensations perceived on the nose.

Ideal as an aperitif, Bolla's Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut is also a perfect companion for light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes. Its versatility makes it suitable for any occasion, from informal dinners with friends to the celebration of special events.
