The Extra Dry Rosé Sparkling Wine produced by Cantina Vallebelbo is a cuvee produced from a careful selection of white and red grapes, made following the Charmat method.

The area in which it is made offers a rich and quality production, confirming Piedmont's ability to produce excellent bubbles; the San Maurizio line is the demonstration of the winery's ability to produce wines with an exceptional quality/price ratio.

At sight, it has a light pink color with coppery reflections, as well as an evident fine and persistent perlage. It seduces on the nose with its fruity and delicate bouquet, from which floral and white pulp fruit scents stand out.

On the palate, it reveals a particularly dry taste, with the right level of acidity and perfectly balanced from the first taste which makes it an excellent wine to sip as an aperitif but at the same time excellent to accompany lean or fish starters.
