Cada Marcalberto then goes on to show the high range of production, among the best vintages. A Millesimato completely produced with grapes from the same vintage, in particular from 2018 between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
The sparkling wine is interpreted in the pursuit of excellence, thus creating a label for connoisseurs. Golden and brilliant straw yellow colors with a fine and persistent perlage.
Complex and layered aromas and flavors, starting with hints of dried fruit and citrus, and then passing during the tasting to flavors of bread crust, honey and toasted and spicy hints. The structure is mainly given by the long aging on the lees which lasts over 42 months before being served.
Here we have a star! And one has to be perceptively inclined to catch its glare!
