Thanks to the cool and ventilated climate of Trentino, ideal for this delicate grape variety, the Conti d'Arco winery manages to produce a Pinot Noir which is a true tribute to finesse and elegance.
Visually, the wine presents itself with a delicate, transparent but luminous ruby red color, which immediately invites tasting. On the nose, intense and seductive aromas of small red fruits such as cherries and raspberries emerge, enriched by spicy notes of vanilla and a light touch of undergrowth, which give the wine a complex and enveloping bouquet.
On the palate, it reveals itself to be extraordinarily balanced, with a fine and silky tannic structure that blends harmoniously with the lively acidity. This combination creates a sensation of freshness and drinkability, leaving room for a long and persistent finish, where the flavors of ripe red fruit and delicate spicy notes intertwine in an elegant and sophisticated aftertaste.
This Pinot Noir is particularly suitable for accompanying refined dishes of white meat, roast poultry and medium-aged cheeses, but it is also surprisingly versatile, capable of pairing with a variety of cuisines and recipes thanks to its harmonious structure and distinctive character.
