The Barbera d'Alba from the Trediberri winery, located in the Langhe, stands out as a frank wine full of personality and is an authentic interpretation of the grape variety and territory of origin.
The refinement of this wine takes place in concrete, steel and fiberglass for several months, avoiding the use of wood to preserve its natural fruity imprint.
Its shade is a suggestive ruby red. On the nose, fragrances of red fruits, plums and currants emerge. On the palate, it is full-bodied, intense and enveloping, with a well-balanced combination of acidity and softness.
This wine goes beautifully with meat-based dishes and is recommended to be tasted in particular with a Piedmontese mixed boiled meat, enhancing its gustatory qualities.
