Bianco Dolomiti IGT - Manna - Franz Haas is a particularly interesting and complex white wine, produced in the alpine valleys of the Trentino-Alto Adige region, specifically in the areas at the foot of the Dolomites. This wine is the result of the experience and passion of Franz Haas, a winery that for generations has been dedicated to the production of high quality wines, exploring the varietal potential and peculiarities of the Alpine terroir.

"Manna" is a unique blend of different grape varieties, which vary from year to year depending on climatic conditions and winemaking choices, usually including Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and other native and international vines. This choice gives the wine remarkable richness and aromatic complexity, as well as an extraordinary ability to evolve over time.

The wine has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. On the nose, Bianco Dolomiti IGT Manna by Franz Haas offers an intense and complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, citrus fruits, wild flowers, aromatic herbs and a light minerality that reflects the rocky soil of the Dolomites.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a complex but extremely balanced structure, with a lively acidity that supports its freshness and contributes to a pleasantly persistent sip. The flavors are consistent with the olfactory sensations, enriched by a soft texture and a long and savory finish, which invites another sip.

Ideal in combination with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, risottos and fresh cheeses, Bianco Dolomiti IGT Manna also stands out as an aperitif wine, capable of stimulating the palate and preparing it for the pleasures of the table.
