Arteus comes from a blend of Riesling, Chardonnay and Friulano; a splendid composition that gives a sip characterized by an excellent ease of drinking, as well as a strong, almost creamy character and body.
The grapes are fermented in steel at a controlled temperature of 16 °C, but a small percentage also ends up in barriques, then aged for a period of about 7 months on the fine lees. A great wine that represents the future of the company and that in the second production already reaches very high qualitative peaks.
At sight it shows a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. On the nose the bouquet is alternated by hints of ripe fruit, and aromas of linden and sage, with a slight mineral hint in the background. On the palate the taste is extremely soft and fresh, decidedly dry and structured, in perfect balance.
A very versatile wine that goes well with different types of dishes; perfect with cured meats and white meats prepared with light recipes and excellent with fish dishes.
