The Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence Rosé from Château Revelette is an elegant and refined expression of the rosé wines from Provence. With a delicate pale pink color, this wine is known for its aromatic bouquet that evokes sensations of fresh flowers and subtly ripe red fruits, like strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, it reveals a sublime balance between freshness and pleasant acidity, making it incredibly drinkable and suitable for multiple occasions. The winemaking process follows methods that respect the local tradition, thus ensuring an authentic organoleptic profile. It is ideal to pair with light dishes such as summer salads, grilled fish, or as an aperitif. A true gem for rosé lovers who seek quality and typicity in every sip.
