The Saint-Joseph Blanc Saut de l’Ange by Pierre Jean Villa is a refined and complex specimen that captures the essence of the Rhone Valley terroir. With a brilliant golden color and greenish reflections, this wine exudes an aromatic bouquet featuring notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as peach and pear, enriched by hints of white flowers and a light touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and enveloping, with a perfect balance between freshness and a creamy structure that allows for a long and pleasantly complex aromatic persistence. Aging in barrels imparts to the Saint-Joseph Blanc Saut de l’Ange a finesse and complexity that make it ideal for pairing with elaborate fish dishes or medium-aged cheeses. A white wine that bears witness to the excellence and dedication of Pierre Jean Villa in producing high-quality wines.
