Avanti March is a type of high fermentation Spicy Saison beer, it has a beautiful amber color, with a fine and persistent foam. A composite and intriguing bouquet, with elegant notes of tropical fruit, hints of fresh bread and a light spice reminiscent of pepper.
Elegant, balanced in taste. The sweetness of the caramel malt harmonizes with the spicy notes. The finish is quite persistent, with perceptible bitterness, and medium body.
Try it with baked white fish and rice or pasta salads. Excellent with first courses, vegetable or mushroom sauces and white meats.
