The Nova Domus Terlaner Bianco Riserva 2021 from Cantina Terlano is a significant example of how Alto Adige can express excellence in the world of reserve white wines. This wine is the result of skilled winemaking that primarily combines Pinot Bianco grapes with minor touches of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, giving it a fascinating structure and remarkable aromatic complexity.

Visually, it presents with a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, seductive aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and pear emerge, accompanied by elegant floral notes and hints of aromatic herbs, perfectly integrating the woody components due to aging in oak barrels. On the palate, the Nova Domus Terlaner is rich and well-balanced, with a lively freshness typical of the region and a lingering aftertaste that invites another sip.

Ideal to pair with elaborate fish dishes, white meats, and aged cheeses, this wine is a true gem for lovers of structured and aromatic whites. A true fusion of winemaking art that tells the uniqueness of the Alto Adige terroir.
