Made mainly from the island's typical grape varieties, this wine expresses a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness, the result of a long aging of at least three years according to the ancient method of aging in barrels exposed to heat. This process gives the wine a unique character, characterized by toasted aromas, notes of dried fruit, honey, and a pleasant minerality.

On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a sweetness well balanced by acidity, ideal as a meditation wine or as an accompaniment to fruit- or chocolate-based desserts.
