Questo vino spumante viene prodotto con uve Chardonnay, raccolte e selezionate con estrema cura dai vigneti più vocati della cantina I Barisei.

La vinificazione segue i rigidi criteri del metodo tradizionale Franciacorta, con una lunga fermentazione in bottiglia che contribuisce alla sua finezza perlacea. Il "Millesimato" indica che le uve provengono da un unico raccolto eccezionale, in questo caso, garantendo la massima espressione del varietale e dell'annata. Il colore del Satèn è di un elegante giallo paglierino con riflessi luminosi, mentre le bollicine fini e persistente danzano nel calice.

Al naso, il Franciacorta DOCG Satèn Millesimato di I Barisei offre profumi sofisticati che si aprono con note di frutta a polpa bianca, principalmente pera e mela, seguite da sfumature di agrumi e sentori floreali di biancospino e mandorla in fiore. Un lieve sottofondo di pane tostato arricchisce l'olfatto, confermando la maturazione sur lie.

Winery history
The Bariselli family has worked in the vineyards for generations; the I Barisei brand is today the expression of this family history, focusing both on preserving local practices and on innovation in the winery. On the official website the family is described as having been present in the vineyards since 1898, and the estate has developed within the Franciacorta area while maintaining close ties to its winemaking tradition.
