A brandy produced with elderberry fruits harvested in the company's lands, distilled using a modern and innovative discontinuous bain-marie still. At the moment of fermentation, a small part of flowers is also added, to give the preparation a more intense aroma.
It has a crystalline white color. On the nose it offers an intense bouquet punctuated by floral and fruity aromas of elderberry. The taste releases pure sweet and sour perceptions reminiscent of tropical fruits as well as a very pleasant energetic taste.
Excellent distillate to sip straight after a meal.
