The Müller Thurgau DOC by Kossler is a white wine from the Alto Adige region that stands out for its fresh and aromatic character, representative of the winemaking excellence of this mountainous area in northern Italy. Crafted from the Müller-Thurgau grape variety, the wine showcases a harmonious combination of alpine terroir and winemaking tradition.

In the glass, it appears with a light straw yellow color, often interlaced with greenish reflections that testify to its youth and freshness. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet, intertwining floral notes of elderflower and chamomile, enriched by nuances of white peach and a light spiciness reminiscent of white pepper.

On the palate, the Müller Thurgau DOC by Kossler reveals its balanced structure and pleasantly tart, supported by a lively freshness that invites the next sip. The flavors are consistent with the aromas perceived on the nose, with a predominance of fruity sensations that evolve towards a decent aromatic persistence in the finish.

This wine pairs beautifully with light dishes such as fish appetizers, fresh salads, or as the perfect accompaniment to a summer aperitif. Its versatility also makes it perfect in combination with lightly spiced Asian cuisine.

The Müller Thurgau DOC by Kossler is an example that reflects the winery's passion for authentic and quality wines, a true symbol of Alto Adige viticulture that continues to win the favor of white wine connoisseurs.
