The Gewurztraminer Trentino DOC BIO from Toblino winery is a true expression of elegance and refinement. This organic white wine encapsulates the essence of Gewurztraminer grapes grown in the lush valleys of Trentino, where a unique microclimate and particularly fertile soils promote the growth of vines that produce wines of extraordinary quality.

On the nose, Toblino's Gewurztraminer Trentino DOC stands out for its intense floral aromas, featuring prominent notes of rose, lychee, and exotic spices that evoke the typical varietal aromaticity. Its aromatic complexity is enriched with slightly fruity nuances, creating a deeply harmonious and intriguing bouquet.

On the palate, freshness is the defining characteristic, balanced by a soft and enveloping structure. The palate is welcomed by a silky texture and a generosity of flavor that persists over time, culminating in a long and pleasantly spiced finish.

Particularly suited for pairing with spicy Asian cuisine, elaborate appetizers, and fish dishes, this Gewurztraminer is an excellent choice for those wishing to pair a distinctive and strong-personality white wine with their favorite dishes.

Respect for nature is at the heart of Toblino's philosophy, which is committed to sustainable and organic production. This makes the Gewurztraminer Trentino DOC BIO not only a rich sensory experience but also an act of love towards the planet. In short, a wine that satisfies both the palate and the soul, a perfect confluence between the art of winemaking and environmental respect.
