Primitivo del Salento IGP Biologico - Trullo di Noha is born in the sun-drenched lands of Puglia, where winemaking tradition meets sustainability. This wine fully expresses the authentic character of the Primitivo grape, cultivated with organic methods that respect the natural cycle of the vine and the soil. Of intense ruby color, it presents enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by delicate spicy hints.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with a balanced structure and velvety tannins that invite sip after sip. The carefully managed aging enhances the complexity and typical persistence of Primitivo, making each bottle a small journey through Salento. Perfectly paired with grilled meat dishes, aged cheeses, or Mediterranean gastronomic delights, it will captivate lovers of sincere and terroir-driven wines.
