The Cabernet Sauvignon Veneto IGT Fear No Dark by Pasqua is an intense and structured wine, an authentic expression of the Veneto territory. Coming from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine is born in an ideal pedoclimatic context that gives the berries optimal ripening and a distinctive aromatic complexity. The careful aging enhances its fruity notes of cherry and plum, enriched by pleasant hints of spices and light tobacco.

On the palate, it presents a velvety texture, with well-integrated tannins and a balanced harmony between freshness and body, leaving a long and enveloping persistence. Fear No Dark is perfect to pair with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing every bite with its decisive yet refined personality. A sensory experience that encapsulates the passion and winemaking tradition of Pasqua.
