The Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG by Monte Zovo is a sweet red wine that captures the essence of the Veneto winemaking tradition, presented in a convenient 375ml format. This wine is produced from handpicked and selected grapes from the prestigious vineyards located in the heart of Valpolicella.

The production of Recioto della Valpolicella follows a very particular process that includes the drying of the grapes, which are left to dry on racks until January following the harvest. This method concentrates the sugars and aromas, giving the wine its characteristic sweetness and intensity.

Monte Zovo's Recioto della Valpolicella stands out for its deep red color with purple highlights. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched with hints of chocolate and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is generous and velvety, with a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the fruits and freshness, concluded by a persistent and pleasantly aromatic finish.

Ideally served at a temperature of 12-14°C, Recioto della Valpolicella is perfect as a meditation wine or as an accompaniment to complex desserts, blue cheeses, or dry pastries. Its richness and complexity make it an excellent choice for those looking to explore the characteristic sweet wines of Valpolicella.
