The Spumante Extra Dry Vivo Blue by Mionetto is born in the vineyards located in the most suitable areas of Veneto, a pure expression of the territory that combines tradition and innovation. This sparkling wine is obtained from Glera grapes, the native variety used for Prosecco, which gives freshness and a fresh and fruity aromatic profile. The Charmat method guarantees fine and persistent bubbles, wrapping the palate with pleasure and lightness.

On the nose, notes of green apple, white flowers, and an intense citrus note are perceived, supported by a delicate mineral touch. On the palate, Vivo Blue surprises with a soft and fresh balance, with a slightly sweet but never intrusive aftertaste, ideal to accompany moments of conviviality. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood appetizers, crustacean dishes, and fresh cheeses, it also lends itself to surprising pairings with lighter Asian cuisine.
