Ammasso Rosso Sicilia DOC di Barone Montalto è un vino di grande carattere, simbolo dell'eccellenza enologica siciliana. Questo vino complesso e strutturato viene realizzato utilizzando una selezione delle migliori uve della regione, tra cui Nero d'Avola, Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon. La vinificazione prevede un passaggio in legno, che contribuisce a sviluppare un bouquet aromatico ampio e affascinante.

All'olfatto, Ammasso Rosso esibisce aromi intensi di ciliegia matura, mora, prugna secca e complesse note speziate di vaniglia e cacao, dovute all'affinamento in barrique. Al palato, si presenta ricco e avvolgente, con tannini morbidi ed eleganti che conferiscono una struttura robusta, ma ben equilibrata. La persistenza aromatica è lunga, con sfumature di frutti neri e spezie che invitano a un assaggio successivo.

Questo vino si presta magnificamente ad accompagnare piatti di carne rossa, cacciagione e formaggi stagionati, esaltandone il sapore con la sua personalità decisa.
