Rubicone Cabernet Sauvignon is produced with grapes from vines located in the splendid first hills of Cesena. A sip of very pleasant drink, which gives the nose an intense perfume defined by pyrazine notes that blend with sweet aromas of small red fruits.
A red with controlled-temperature maceration, which ends with aging in steel. Ruby red with garnet edges in the glass, when tasted, it demonstrates a balanced structure and a pleasant sense of freshness on the palate right from the first sip.
A drink that goes well on the table with red meat dishes, roasts, well-seasoned first courses and rich appetizers of cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses .
After an in-depth study, Cantina Montaia has chosen to dedicate a selection of its wines to some of the works of master Tonino Guerra. A a choice guided by the desire to combine quality, art and passion, with the intention of transmitting and spreading great added value through his masterpieces and, certainly, paying homage to a great man.
Shapes and colors, references to women and flowers, paintings that are born with the intention of telling and instilling the passion for his beloved land, to be savored and collected. Splendid works to be interpreted, one to celebrate each wine; which perhaps, after a good glass, will be able to be contemplated even better.
