The name Albiola comes from an ancient settlement in Lazio from the 9th century BC, a rosé wine that comes from a skilful blend, where the largest percentage is that of Syrah. The vinification and maturation takes place exclusively in steel.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful strong pink color with purple hues. The bouquet is particularly intense and fruity, the aromas of small berries and raspberry stand out. The sip is very consistent, and balanced, with a fruity persistence that is very pleasant on the palate.
A particularly tasty wine to sip as an aperitif but still excellent throughout the meal; it offers its best in combination with fish soup with fresh tomato and grilled fish.
