The "Nuhar" by Tenuta Rapitalà is a Sicilia DOC BIO red wine that represents an innovative fusion between Pinot Noir, an international grape variety known for its elegance and complexity, and Nero d'Avola, an emblem of viticultural power and intensity Sicilian. This organic blend is the result of Tenuta Rapitalà's commitment to creating wines that express the unique character of the Sicilian territory, through sustainable and environmentally friendly cultivation practices.

"Nuhar", which in Arabic means "flower", is a tribute to the beauty and richness of Sicilian nature, enhancing the qualities of two vines which, although different, find a perfect balance in this wine. The organic cultivation of the vineyards ensures the authenticity and purity of the grapes, which are carefully vinified to preserve the distinctive aromatic profiles of each vine.

The wine has an intense and bright ruby red color. On the nose, "Nuhar" offers a complex and seductive bouquet, with notes of ripe red and black fruits, such as cherries, blackberries and plums, enriched by nuances of spices, vanilla and a light balsamic touch, which reflect the aging in wood and the harmonious integration between the two vines.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a balanced and velvety structure, with soft and well-integrated tannins that accompany a pleasant freshness. The fruity character blends with spicy notes and a delicate minerality, leading to a long and persistent finish that leaves a sensation of elegance and complexity.

Ideal as an accompaniment to red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses, the "Nuhar" Sicilia DOC BIO by Tenuta Rapitalà also stands out as a meditation wine, capable of evolving and enriching itself with new nuances over time.

With its "Nuhar", Tenuta Rapitalà confirms its vocation for innovation and quality, offering a wine that is an expression of the fusion between tradition and modernity, and which celebrates the diversity and richness of the Sicilian wine heritage.
