Hailing from the serene Tuscan hills of Montalcino, Brunello di Montalcino Riserva by Poggio Landi is a sublime expression of elegance and complexity. This wine results from the careful selection of the finest Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in vineyards situated in privileged areas that enjoy an ideal climate characterized by cool breezes and significant diurnal temperature variations, essential for optimal grape maturation.

With meticulous vinification, adhering to local tradition, the grapes undergo slow fermentation followed by a prolonged aging period in oak barrels, which refine its profile and enhance its structure. The Riserva spends at least five years between wood and bottle before being released, enriching it with distinctive character and impressive longevity.

Visually, Brunello di Montalcino Riserva presents a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet is an enveloping embrace of aromas: ripe red fruits, notes of violet, tobacco, and dark spices such as vanilla and chocolate, a result of the wood's influence. On the palate, it reveals itself to be powerful yet harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a persistence that makes every sip memorable.

This wine is ideal for accompanying rich and structured dishes, such as red meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is 18-20°C to fully enhance its nuances.

A Magnum of Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG by Poggio Landi represents not only a choice of excellence for any collector or wine lover but also an elegant selection for moments of celebration and sharing.

Winery history
Poggio Landi is a wine project located in the Torrenieri area of Montalcino. The estate is part of the Alejandro Bulgheroni Family Vineyards group, which brings together several Tuscan estates. The property has developed facilities including Villa Belvedere, the winery and a wine shop with a panoramic terrace, combining production with wine tourism hospitality.
Production philosophy
Production aims to enhance the territory and the biodiversity of the different exposures: wines with character that favor Sangiovese grosso, certified organic practices and winemaking techniques focused on expressing the cru.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the north‑eastern part of the Montalcino area, the estate harvests grapes from vineyards situated at approximately 175 to 550 metres above sea level. Soils are predominantly clayey; the variation in altitude and exposure is one of the factors used to obtain different Sangiovese profiles.
