Guinness brewery
Artur Guinness brewed his first beer in Lexlip, and in 1759 moved to Dublin to the famous St. James's Gate Brewery. An abandoned place that Arthur Guinness rented for £45 a year on a 9,000-year lease.
Guinness is the best known black beer, but the particular system stout of roasting was not invented by Arthur Guinness, but was invented at least 50 years before his birth. The famous book "Guinness of Records" comes from the "Guinness Breweries", invented by Sir Hugh the company's managing director, it has been many years since the book and the industry no longer have associations, despite this the new publishers have preferred to keep the same name and the breweries for their part did not disagree, on the contrary, they found it an excellent way to advertise themselves without being sponsor from the book.
A great beer appreciated all over the world, also because innumerable variations were produced over time both regarding the alcohol content and the type of container that contains it.
To date, Guinness sees distribution in bottles, cans, domestic or bar keg, and with different alcohol content and different tastes.
