The cellar is built entirely with local materials, giving great respect to traditions and to the native land. After 26 generations, the winery opens to the public, to make people participate in a philosophy that has continued over the centuries with great respect and persistence. 

The cellar was designed to allow vinification "by gravity" and to naturally guarantee the ideal temperature for the production and storage of wine.
