Since 1923 the lands of the Giarola family have been cultivated with vineyards, and since 1968 Umberto Giarola has started the vinification of the grapes.

Since the 1990s there have been many developments and the changes decidedly radical; however, behind them there is the philosophy that inspires the company and which can be summarized in the following concepts: "Respect for the environment and love for nature".

With these firm principles, the company has always managed to be at the forefront and in step with the times. Significant examples include the total renewal of the vineyards using a double curtain system with a density of 6000 plants per hectare and controlled irrigation under the canopy in case of drought to avoid stress on the vines while maintaining the quality of the grapes.

Grapes and wines that are affected by the breezes that rise from the lake, thus derive truly particular wines.
