Los Vascos is one of the main Chilean wineries, with its 640 hectares of vineyards, it produces fine wines and exports them all over the world. It was founded in 1750 by a Spanish family from the Basque Country, and in 1988 it was acquired by Domaines Barons de Rothscaild (Lafite), making a lot of progress in a few years.

The particular pedo-climatic conditions give character and good quality to the wine, the soil is composed of clay and granite sand and is mainly of volcanic origin. The climate is influenced by the proximity of the Pacific Ocean which sweeps away the humidity with its breeze.

The grape varieties mainly produced by this winery are: Chardonnay, Cabernet, Syrah, Carbenere, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.
