Offida Winery

The Cantina Offida winery is located in the homonymous town in the Marche region in central Italy; since the 70s it has been a historical reality of the territory, and has immediately become of vital importance for the various winemakers who give their grapes there.
In 2010, a winegrowing group from the Piceno area acquired the historic winery, and with supply chain agreements (protocol that regulates production), immediately implemented a new production and commercial strategy.

The agreements allow the agricultural technician and winemaker, responsible for the winery, to interact with the winemakers to ensure constant good quality, with zoning of the best vineyards.

The native varieties of vines of the territory are: Passerina, Pecorino, Rosso Piceno, Rosso Piceno Superiore, Sangiovese and vines such as Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay. The company processes about 60,000 quintals of grapes per year.

Cantina Offida immediately carried out renovations of the masonry structures, and has significantly increased the technologies for winemaking, refining and bottling, with the aim of making this great company one of the best reference points of the Marche region.
