Winery Alex Gambal

Alex Gambal, born in the United States, moved to Burgundy in the early 1990s. After attending oenology courses in Beaune and working in the local industry, he launched his own maison and négociant business in the late 1990s. His enterprise expanded by buying and vinifying grapes from several appellations in the Côte d'Or; ownership was later acquired by the Boisset group, with Gambal remaining in a role associated with the company.

Dedicated to expressing the terroir, purity and character of the crus; production prioritizes quality over volume, with agricultural and sourcing practices focused on respecting the vineyard parcels.

Operating base in Beaune, with sourcing, vineyards and grape distribution in the Côte de Beaune and in prestigious appellations of Burgundy.
